I have personally been repairing hot tubs for many years in the area. I started this company because I truly felt I could offer people more value for less money. Did you know that most service companies pay their field techs a commission based on parts sold? In fact, that’s how they make most of their money. It’s a practice I have never agreed with, even when I was the one getting paid like that. It encourages dishonesty and replacing parts that aren’t needed or that still have some good life to them.

We don’t do that, no commission’s here. We only fix what is broken and give honest feedback about repair options.
